• Entries will be accepted through April 10, 2017. • Eight winners will be selected on or before May 1, 2017. • Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incomplete for any reason will be ineligible. • This contest is open to legal residents of the 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, the District of Columbia, and US military members with APO/FPO addresses. • AMA employees are ineligible. • The winners will be selected by an AMA employee in a random drawing from among all eligible entries.
