Promotion Period: The “Be a Model Aviation Contributor for a Day” sweepstakes begins on Friday, April 7, 2017, and ends on Friday, April 14, 2017. To Enter: 1. Follow @amamodelaviation on Instagram 2. Upload your photo with the hashtag #MAatToledo 3. Tag @amamodelaviation in the photo Submissions must be received before Friday, April 14, 2017. Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 states who are 18 or older. Employees of the AMA, Hobbico, Futaba or members of a Futaba-sponsored team are ineligible. Prize: The winner will receive a Futaba T6K Version 2 transmitter provided by Hobbico. Winner: The winner will be selected by an AMA employee in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on Friday, April 14, 2017. The winner will be notified through DM (direct message) on Instagram, on AMA’s Instagram (@amamodelaviation), and the Model Aviation website at www.ModelAviation.com/ma-at-toledo. Inability to contact a winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner. Winners will be required to execute and return Certificate of Eligibility, Consent and General Release Form (if deemed necessary) within 14 days of notification. Non-compliance within the time period may result in disqualification. Conduct: All contest participants agree to be bound by these official rules. The AMA, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its website, or is otherwise in violation of these rules. Limitation of Liability: The AMA is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or technical failures of any sort, the AMA may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest. Entrants further agree to release AMA from any liability resulting therefrom, or related to participation in the contest. Participants hereby grant AMA non-exclusive, perpetual license to publish, broadcast, store, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise use information/comments given at all media now known and later coming into being for purposes of trade or advertising without further compensation. AMA is under no obligation to use any submission. The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is the Academy of Model Aeronautics and Model Aviation magazine ("Sponsor"). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
