Fly With Electric Or Glow Power!
The RASCAL legend began with a small rubber- powered free-flight model in the 1950s. Adapted for modern radio control, the RASCAL's classic good looks and dream-come- true flying characteristics have made it the favorite everyday airplane for thousands of R/C pilots. This re-design of the popular SIG RASCAL 40 ARF into the RASCAL 72 EG ARF gives you the option of using either glow or electric power. Whichever power system you choose, you'll enjoy the great flying characteristics of the legendary RASCAL design.
The SIG RASCAL 72 EG is a beautifully handcrafted all-wood ARF. Assembly is fast and simple. All the parts were CAD-drawn, laser-cut, and jig assembled, which means that everything fits the way it should. A removable hatch makes battery change quick and easy. Also included in the kit are a fiberglass cowl, molded windshield and side windows, quality hardware, decals, and an illustrated step-by-step assembly manual. Available in two color schemes, the RASCAL 72 EG ARF is meticulously covered with premium UltraCote® (aka ORACOVER®) transparent blue or red with white trim.

Battery
I was given a plane that I have no battery for and was trying to find out what battery I need to buy..The plane is an Rascal 72.It has 3528-1000kv brushless motor....I also need a parts list for the plane,Thanks
Wing struts?
Uhm, what happened to the wing struts? I recently aquired this used plane in excellent condition. I don't think it's ever left the ground. I purchased it for $100 without giving it a good look over first. The motor that came with it is an Axi 2826/12 turning a 10x6 prop with an Atlas black 45amp ESC w/BEC. Power comes from a 2200mah 3S lipo. I assume it'll fly with the current setup, but a wise man once told me never to assume. My problem is I can't get my DX6i to bind with a Storm S603, but that's another story.
My concern is a lack of struts. How does this plane handle aerobatics? DOES IT handle aerobatics? Outside loops must be out of the question. The seller has since moved and so we've lost touch. Anyone with any input would be greatly appreciated before I go out and turn this plane into a pile of toothpicks! I've done that a few times. Thanks.
