Over 400 makers share ideas, technology, and innovations at The Henry Ford Online event coverage by Model Aviation. Maker Media and The Henry Ford in Dearborn, Michigan hosted Maker Faire Detroit July 26-27, 2014. More than 400 makers displayed their ideas and innovations during this two-day festival. This is a family friendly celebration of technology, science, arts, and engineering. The Academy of Model Aeronautics sponsored Maker Faire Detroit and provided a flight simulator for guests to try their hand at model flying. Model Aviation's Editor-in-Chief Jay Smith attended the festivities. Enjoy event coverage below.
