Jay Smith talks with the designer of the Habu 2. The Habu 2 comes out of the box in an advanced state of preassembly. The new color scheme stands out in the air and on the wet tarmac before the maiden flight. The Habu 2 penetrates the wind well. Here it pulls through a hard turn Pylon style! Matt Andren and David Payne have the fuselage checked out and ready to go. Both the rudder and elevator servos come premounted in the tail assembly. A smooth-running E-flite Delta-V15 69mm fan unit gives the Habu its bite. Fixed gears are included, but the optional E-flite 10-15 size electric retracts drop in and are worth the upgrade. Glueless assembly gets the Habu out of the box and in the air in record time!
