READY FOR SUMMER WATER ADVENTURES!

Ready to explore some new flying frontiers? Maybe the term “amphibian aircraft” came to mind and if it did – do we have a model for you! ElectriFly introduces the Grumman G-44 Widgeon Seaplane EP ARF! Just as full-scale Widgeons carry sportsmen to remote hunting and fishing locales, this ARF is the perfect escort to your next great R/C adventure. Lift-off and land on spectacular lakes and enjoy solid sport flight performance in-between. The painted fiberglass fuselage includes an easy-access hatch for battery installation, stabilizing strakes, optimized step placement and a water rudder for outstanding surface handling. The Widgeon is ready when you are for a summer of fun!

  • With twin outrunner power, the G-44 Widgeon flies as well off small ponds as it does from larger lakes. It excels at basic aerobatics while offering unique flying site options.
  • The wing removes with a few nylon bolts for taking the Widgeon to the lake or pond. Ailerons are factory-hinged for faster assembly. The outboard floats are mounted with durable, lightweight aluminum struts.
  • The formed, trimmed and painted nacelles and floats arrive nearly ready to install. ElectriFly also includes scale-shaped, machined aluminum spinner nuts – a crowning touch to the Widgeon’s sport-scale looks.
  • Abuilt-up MonoKote® covered wing and tail, decal sheet and assembly/display stand are all part of the Widgeon package.

love this plane. Got it, but I live in pretty dry country. Would like to install some type of landing gear on it. I know that there will be some modifying here. If anyone one has done it or have some ideas, please contact me. manwe 44@yahoo.com
